Chicken wrapped in bacon with rosemary, lemon and new potatoes

Chicken Breast 380g
New Potatoes 250g
Cherry Tomatoes 133g
 Green Beans 100g
 Streaky Bacon (unsmoked) 62g
 Fresh Rosemary 2.5g
Lemon 1ea
 Garlic 1ea

Method

1.Preheat your oven to 190°C/fan 170°C/gas mark 5. 
2. Cut the potatoes in half, and peel and slice the garlic. Place them in a mixing bowl, and mix together with half the rosemary leaves. Season with salt and pepper, add a dash of vegetable oil, and stir again. Put the mixture on your oven tray and cook in the oven for 10 minutes. 
3. Meanwhile, scatter the remaining rosemary over the chicken breasts and wrap with the bacon.
 4. When the potatoes have had 10 minutes, place the wrapped chicken breasts on the oven tray alongside them and cook for 20 minutes. 
5.Trim the ends of the green beans and cut in half lengthways. Put to one side. 
6.When the chicken has been cooking for 20 minutes, add the tomatoes to the oven tray, squeeze over the juice of half the lemon, and return to the oven for a further 5 minutes. 
7.Cut the other half of the lemon into wedges and set aside. 
8. Cook the green beans in a pan of simmering water for 5 minutes, and then drain. 
9. To serve, divide the potatoes, chicken and any juices from the tray between two plates. Garnish with the green beans and roasted tomatoes, and drizzle the tapenade dressing over the top. 
10.Finish with a lemon wedges, and squeeze over as much juice the dish as you like.
